Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective clients to guide them through the booking process
• Convert leads into bookings by communicating the value proposition of medical aesthetics treatments
• Build and maintain positive relationships with leads through personalized assistance
• Manage inbound inquiries via telephone, web, and email
• Educate patients about services and provide a "white glove" consultative selling experience
• Schedule and confirm consultation and treatment appointments
• Accurately record and maintain lead information and appointment details in CRM systems
• Monitor and track outbound calling metrics and performance indicators
• Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for contact center staff
• Collaborate with the CRM lead to pilot and optimize a centralized customer contact center

Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in medical aesthetics
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving processes
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite is an asset
• Ability to multitask and manage time to meet sales metrics
• Strong proficiency in English required; Spanish is an asset
