Lead Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead solution strategy on Perk's most strategic and complex NAM pursuits from discovery through technical close
• Translate complex finance and operational requirements into scalable solution designs
• Develop reusable solution patterns and reference architectures for the wider SC team
• Serve as the senior SC presence in NAM, providing onboarding, demo certification, and coaching
• Build and maintain the NAM SC playbook including discovery frameworks and demo libraries
• Lead architectural discussions with enterprise IT, integration, and security stakeholders
• Partner with Product and Engineering to surface customer patterns and roadmap input

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting for complex B2B SaaS
• 3+ years in a senior, lead, or mentoring capacity
• Deep understanding of enterprise accounting processes, P2P/AP automation, T&E, and financial controls
• Expertise across enterprise ERP landscapes such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday
• Proficiency with integration patterns including REST/SOAP APIs, iPaaS, SFTP, and SSO
• Proven track record of presenting value to CFOs, Controllers, and CIOs

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior career as a finance practitioner (controller, FP&A, AP manager)
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent accounting credential
• Experience scaling a Solutions Consulting function in a high-growth SaaS environment
