Lead, Solutions Consultant - Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve enterprise architecture patterns across cloud, SaaS, and AI-enabled platforms
• Act as a player-coach by contributing directly to codebases, including APIs, automation, and AI agents
• Develop proofs-of-concept and reference implementations to validate architectural decisions
• Build and enhance AI agents and copilots using frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel
• Automate enterprise governance and operational processes using tools like Power Automate or Azure Functions
• Write and review code for microservices and integration layers to accelerate delivery teams
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to developers and solution architects
• Define and enforce practical architecture standards and modern engineering practices like CI/CD and IaC

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Experience building APIs, microservices, and automation workflows
• Practical experience building or integrating AI/ML or LLM-based solutions
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or Haystack
• Strong understanding of system integration patterns including REST, messaging, and event-driven architecture
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments
• Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Architect, or TOGAF
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and risk frameworks (e.g., NIST, GDPR)
