Lead Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Pre Sales teams to identify, qualify, and drive revenue opportunities at Enterprise accounts.
• Build meaningful relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers' technical teams.
• Own the technical evaluation process, showcasing customer-centric value within the context of unique workflows and business processes.
• Translate the value of Airtable’s tooling into the specific language and needs of the customer.
• Manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously, proactively communicating with stakeholders and prioritizing effectively.
• Inform the product team and product roadmap with meaningful market potential findings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS Pre Sales.
• 10+ years of industry experience.
• Deep understanding of relational database architecture and best practices for structuring data.
• Technical expertise in enterprise integration methodologies and API architecture.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code application development.
• Willingness to travel 40-50% as needed.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to consult across various business units like Marketing, Operations, or Product.

Preferred Qualifications

• Airtable knowledge or official certification.
• Command of the Message training or methodology.
• Knowledge of complementary technologies including data warehousing and AI systems.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
