Lead Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise customers to identify and address critical business challenges
• Support the sales team by conducting discovery calls and delivering product demonstrations
• Gather requirements to clearly define customer problems
• Build and present compelling demonstrations of Freshworks products
• Articulate the value of Freshworks solutions to diverse audiences
• Evangelize the user experience offered by the Freshworks platform

Requirements

• 6-8 years of Solution Engineering experience
• Excellent presentation and soft skills
• Proven capability to work on cross-functional teams
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals monthly in a dynamic sales environment
• High sense of urgency and focus on execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience selling SaaS products to SLED/Manufacturing customers
• Experience with ITSM platforms
