Lead Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide industry and workforce management expertise and best practices to benefit customers and colleagues
• Conduct workshops with senior customer organization members to drive requirement assessments
• Architect comprehensive solutions that integrate UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) with third-party products
• Design and implement customizations and integrations to meet specific client needs
• Document business requirements and create detailed technical specifications for implementation teams
• Oversee system build and configuration to ensure adherence to original design and client requirements
• Provide guidance and support during functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Manage complex client relationships up to the CXO level, acting as a trusted advisor
• Mentor team members on advanced modules and solutioning aspects
• Travel up to 25% to meet with clients and support project implementations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 12+ years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications
• 6 to 8 years of dedicated experience in Workforce Management (WFM)
• Extensive experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) modules, including Time Keeping, Accruals, Leave, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Attendance, and Activities
• Proven track record of delivering quality technology and business solutions to large enterprise customers
• Strong requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
