Lead Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-scale Workday solution architectures that align with business goals and technical strategy.
• Support architectural governance by defining principles, guidelines, and standards for the HR technology ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary architectural advisor for cross-functional solution delivery and modernization initiatives.
• Define and enforce solution architecture standards, integration patterns, and governance practices.
• Mentor and develop solution architects and implementation teams to foster technical excellence.
• Shape strategic roadmaps and business capability models to support long-term enterprise objectives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate solution-level risks while incorporating emerging technologies.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices, including configuration, security, integrations, and reporting.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant IT experience.
• 5+ years of relevant architecture experience.
• Deep understanding of Workday's architectural framework, including Business Process Framework, Security, and Reporting (BIRT, Custom Reports).
• Expertise in Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio).
• Proven experience leading large-scale Workday implementations and integration activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday certifications in Core HCM or related modules.
• Experience within the Oil and Gas industry.
