Lead Software Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of cloud-native solutions using modern software stacks and AWS
• Define system architecture and design patterns to ensure scalability and reliability
• Provide strategic guidance to align technical decisions with business goals
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance technical skills and expertise
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and QA
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement monitoring systems
• Implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on architecture design
• Extensive expertise in .NET, Java, or NodeJS
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services
• Proven track record of implementing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native solutions
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience
• Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Solutions Architect certification
• .NET certifications
