Lead Software Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve scalable AI-native platform architectures, including cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Lead the architecture of intelligent systems integrating RAG, multi-agent AI systems, semantic search, and knowledge graphs.
• Architect hybrid data retrieval solutions leveraging SQL, NoSQL, and vector database technologies.
• Write and review high-quality production code and lead the implementation of core platform components.
• Mentor engineering teams on modern cloud-native and AI-first development practices.
• Partner with product, research, and executive teams to translate business objectives into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• Proven expertise in designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on programming proficiency in Python and Java or C++.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and semantic retrieval systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and RAG architectures.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with AI observability and evaluation tools (e.g., Langfuse, Weights & Biases).
• Experience managing and scaling geographically distributed engineering organizations.
