Lead Software QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to solve complex automation needs for testing and release engineering
• Architect the next evolution of testing frameworks and libraries
• Advocate for best programming design and testing practices
• Improve developer and testing productivity by implementing intuitive supporting tools and module-based techniques
• Automate Android-based CollabOS software features and test infrastructure/environments
• Engage with developer and QA teams to deliver tools that enhance workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in software development
• Extensive experience programming with Python and web frontend libraries like Vue/Vuetify
• Strong software engineering foundations with experience in writing software, supporting tools, and services
• Knowledge of OpenCV and GStreamer
• Strong object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms coding skills
• Experience with automation tools such as Android UIAutomator, Selenium, or Playwright
• Proven ability to evaluate and implement testing tools and build/run test environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to mentor QA teams
