Lead Software Integration & Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to integrate software components into standalone subsystems
• Develop and execute test procedures and frameworks to verify C++ software performance
• Create automated test scripts and tools for integration and test plans
• Maintain automated regression tests for incorporation into DevSecOps pipelines
• Perform root cause analysis of software defects and implement corrections
• Mentor team members and collaborate across programs to identify common I&T needs
• Verify interface correctness and coordinate with hardware integration activities

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant software engineering experience
• Expertise in modern C++ including multi-threading and memory management
• Experience with unit and system-level testing
• Proficiency with GitLab, CI/CD tools, and automated testing frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Active security clearance (Secret minimum, Top Secret preferred)
• Experience with GPU software development or RDMA
• Familiarity with signal processing, mathematical modeling, or radar concepts
• Experience with electronic warfare or cyber-physical systems
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
