Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology initiatives and design enterprise-grade software solutions
• Own end-to-end engineering delivery, including development, validation, and deployment
• Partner with Product Managers and Business Stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Apply Generative AI tools pragmatically to improve developer productivity and code quality
• Mentor engineers on modern engineering practices and conduct design and code reviews
• Drive automation, CI/CD adoption, and production readiness across the lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on coding experience with .NET Core / .NET
• Proficiency in React or Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices
• Experience with event-driven architectures, preferably Kafka
• Strong background in unit testing and automation using xUnit or Selenium
• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server and complex SQL queries
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
• Practical experience using GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for code assistance and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with US-based teams
