Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, companywide technology initiatives and design large-scale Salesforce solutions
• Define technical design and architecture for the team or domain while driving alignment with platform standards
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs
• Review and analyze large-scale technology solutions to meet strategic business objectives
• Develop and implement companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions
• Coach and mentor engineers at all levels and partner with Engineering Managers on delivery planning
• Collaborate with technical experts and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience
• 5+ years of experience with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing)
• 3+ years of experience in configuration and customization of nCino
• 3+ years of experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• 3+ years of experience with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or similar)
• 3+ years of experience with core web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery)

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Agentic AI and Gen AI solutions
• Experience in commercial lending business sectors
• Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and complex business system integrations
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and automation tools like Selenium or ACCELQ
• Salesforce and nCino certifications
