Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, companywide technology initiatives and DevOps functions from India to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Drive Next Gen Data Center Migration efforts, including VM and OCP migrations for specific application suites.
• Implement and manage CI/CD tooling and pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Design, code, test, and document large-scale technology solutions to meet strategic business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, throughput, and security compliance.
• Manage release processes, incident reporting frameworks, and application lifecycle activities (sunrise/sunset).
• Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and maintain runbook certifications and capacity management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tooling implementation (Jenkins, GitHub, etc.).
• Experience leading DevOps functions and managing large-scale technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with Data Center Migration efforts.
• Strong skills in infrastructure troubleshooting and system monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in integrating Liquibase with Oracle DB provisioning.
• Experience with security practices, including vulnerability assessments and incident response.
• Knowledge of BCP (Business Continuity Planning) and DR (Disaster Recovery) readiness.
