Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of next-generation AI solutions for Intelligent Document Services (IDOCS)
• Design, code, test, debug, and document complex, large-scale technology solutions
• Develop companywide engineering standards and best practices for large-scale technology disciplines
• Collaborate with technical experts and senior leadership to resolve complex technical issues
• Mentor peer engineers and lead high-impact technology initiatives across the enterprise
• Transform document operations through the application of cutting-edge AI models for classification, extraction, and enrichment

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• 5 years of experience in Application Development using Java and Microservices
• 3+ years of experience using Spring Boot

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience using generative AI technologies via OpenAI standard APIs
• Experience with vector databases
• Proficiency with Kafka, Apigee, and containerization tools like Docker or k3s
• 3+ years of experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• 3+ years of experience with secure DevOps and cloud deployment automation
• Strong understanding of distributed and client-server technology architectures
