Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated software components using OOAD principles and Microservices architecture
• Implement AI-native development workflows to reduce cycle time and increase feature throughput
• Build automation playbooks for test generation and review processes to eliminate bottlenecks
• Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for internal AI agents to handle repetitive tasks, troubleshooting, and code scaffolding
• Act as a "Player-Coach" to help developers and QA engineers adopt AI practices and navigate technical ambiguity

Requirements

• 6–8 years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud services
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field
• Expert-level knowledge in C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture
• Practical experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Demonstrated interest in using LLM copilots to accelerate development
