Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using React.js and Node.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party services and APIs
• Design and implement microfrontend architectures using Module Federation
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms for secure access
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Mentor and coach team members on technical design and coding standards

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years in senior technical roles
• Proficiency in React JS and Node JS
• Experience with Material UI, Bootstrap, or Redux
• Strong understanding of NoSQL databases like ElasticSearch, MongoDB, or Firestore
• Experience architecting distributed systems on GCP
• Solid understanding of microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Expertise in event-driven integration patterns and pub/sub messaging
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
