Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end features that enhance customer journeys and ensure clinical safety
• Introduce and champion AI-first workflows using tools like Claude Code
• Lead critical reliability and quality initiatives for scalable member-facing systems
• Influence and mentor other engineers to raise technical excellence and customer centricity
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Hardware teams to align system design with clinical needs
• Drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and surface problems early

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and operating large-scale products with real customer usage
• Proven strength in full-stack engineering with a strong product sense
• Daily use of AI coding tools and ability to leverage them for development acceleration
• Experience designing or contributing to complex systems in production environments
• Ability to translate technical decisions into business impact for non-engineering teams
• Deep problem-solving ability with an ownership mindset
