Lead Software Engineer - Mobile Applications

Responsibilities

• Define the development strategy for custom and mobile applications
• Establish and implement mobile development practices, standards, and tooling
• Support existing teams in adopting mobile development best practices
• Collaborate with product teams to design high-quality, enterprise-wide mobile solutions
• Contribute to defining DevSecOps processes and enforcing technical standards
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical planning
• Work closely with other Enterprise teams and software engineers to ensure alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of software engineering experience and 1 year of lead experience
• OR Master's degree with 6 years of software engineering experience and 1 year of lead experience
• OR 10 years of software engineering experience and 1 year of lead experience
• Must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis to be employed in the United States (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee)

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of mobile technologies including Android, iOS, and/or React Native (Swift, Kotlin, or JavaScript)
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Strong knowledge of mobile software architectures, integration patterns, REST APIs, and microservices
• Understanding of the Scrum Agile Lifecycle management
• Proven ability to lead and motivate technical communities and match technical solutions with business requirements
