Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of features, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Work with Product Owners to translate roadmaps into manageable technical tasks and components.
• Write, coach, and maintain clean, maintainable, and scalable code using modern engineering practices.
• Utilize and establish best practices for AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate delivery.
• Own the full release lifecycle in Azure DevOps, including managing pipelines, deployments, and post-release health monitoring.
• Mentor junior developers and serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Lead or Senior Software Engineering role.
• 7+ years of full-stack software development experience utilizing OOP practices.
• Proficiency in React and C#.
• Strong understanding of .NET development and the Azure ecosystem.
• Experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and incorporating AI-powered workflows into the SDLC.
