Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and support client and sales-facing capabilities for the Markets Execute platform.
• Develop and evolve front-end architecture, including design blueprints and scalable component hierarchies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, and QA to analyze requirements and participate in architecture sessions.
• Drive the adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Mentor junior developers and drive engineering best practices across the team.
• Optimize web applications for high performance, responsiveness, and operational stability.
• Apply reactive programming and robust testing within CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of applied front-end experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux Toolkit, and RxJS.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, and reactive programming.
• Proven experience using AI-assisted software development tools for coding, review, and troubleshooting.
• Strong test-driven development (TDD) practice and experience with modern source control.
• Experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments.
• Ability to build high-performance desktop/web applications optimized for speed and UX.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Java, Kubernetes, and Spring.
• Familiarity with Investment Banking, FinTech, or financial markets.
