Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute secure, scalable software solutions and technical troubleshooting.
• Create high-quality production code and maintain complex algorithms and architecture artifacts.
• Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Analyze large, diverse data sets to identify patterns and drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and explore emerging technologies.
• Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge, including automation and AI-assisted development, to improve operational outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in Java or Spring frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring and tracing tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or Postman.
• Demonstrated experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• Proven experience leading the use of AI-assisted software development tools while maintaining standards for correctness and security.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
• Knowledge of AI tools, including Agent and Agentic technologies.
• Professional AI or Cloud certifications.
