About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver innovative software solutions, including architecture, development, and technical troubleshooting for the Neovest team.
  • Develop secure, high-quality production code and provide constructive feedback through code reviews.
  • Drive automation and remediation to improve the operational stability and resilience of trading applications.
  • Lead evaluations of external vendors and internal architectural designs to ensure fit within enterprise systems.
  • Build and lead communities of practice to promote the adoption of emerging technologies and AI-assisted engineering practices.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture that values diversity, respect, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with proven team leadership skills.
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with C#/.NET.
  • In-depth expertise in Capital markets and the trading industry, including IT systems.
  • Practical experience with cloud-native development and building middle-tier services at scale.
  • Advanced experience developing multi-threaded applications.
  • Proficiency with message distribution technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted software development tools for coding, testing, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Portfolio Management systems.
  • Understanding of modern User Interface architecture and design.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.
