Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack Java applications with a focus on IAM and cloud integration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Implement and integrate IAM solutions to enhance security and user management
• Lead application onboarding processes for seamless integration with cloud platforms
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for cloud-based applications
• Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed
• Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an expert Full Stack Java Developer
• Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework
• Experience with IAM tools and platforms such as Okta, ForgeRock, or Azure AD
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted software development tools for coding, testing, or troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with security standards and protocols including OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect
