Lead Software Engineer, ITC

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data engineering solutions and microservices within the MarTech and Business Insights domain.
• Build, test, and maintain React applications and Node services to support Business Intelligence efforts.
• Design and implement data engineering jobs and integrations with internal and external partners.
• Ensure solutions utilize scalable, highly resilient, cloud-native architectures.
• Perform technical code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices and high code quality.
• Collaborate with product managers and globally distributed engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience with proficiency in Python or Java.
• Extensive experience with Databricks, Hive, Spark, EMR, and SQL.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture, domain-driven design, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway).
• Proven experience implementing CI/CD and managing DevOps responsibilities in production environments.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience using AI-powered solutions and familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Knowledge of data visualization fundamentals in marketing or digital analytics.
