Lead Software Engineer - Fullstack Dotnet

Responsibilities

• Spearhead functional specifications, user stories, epics, and high-level designs for scalable web and cloud-native platforms.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated scrum team of 2 to 5 engineers, championing skill development and continuous agile improvements.
• Drive technical project management by estimating effort, managing deliverables, and resolving system-wide issues.
• Maintain a hands-on technical presence by contributing to code, performing reviews, and resolving complex design dependencies.
• Partner with architecture and cross-functional teams to align project execution with long-term organizational strategies.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a technical lead capacity.
• Proven full-stack expertise with C# .NET Web API, React JS, and deep SQL programming knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure or AWS.
• Strong track record in agile execution, project planning, and resource mapping.
• Experience building secure, reliable applications using API consumption, JSON, XML, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in PMI, Agile, SAFe, or Microsoft .NET/Azure technologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps/SRE practices and exposure to PaaS/SaaS product development.
• Experience using AI IDE tools like Cursor.
• Background in both manual and automated web/cloud testing processes.
