Lead Software Engineer - Fullstack Dotnet

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design and development of robust full-stack web applications using modern technical frameworks.
• Own technical execution for major software delivery cycles to ensure high-quality and on-time outcomes.
• Champion secure coding practices across the development lifecycle to minimize and remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Mentor a collaborative team of engineers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement across CI/CD automation pipelines and overall system stability.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of software development experience, with proven experience in a technical lead or senior-level role.
• Extensive hands-on experience building web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of web application security, secure development workflows, and Git-based systems.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and guide implementation choices within Agile frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience developing software within compliance-driven environments such as FedRAMP, SOC2, or ISO.
• Hands-on skillset with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
