Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack/Python Automation

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot creative software solutions and high-quality production code.
• Automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability of systems.
• Drive the adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices, including code review, refactoring, and test acceleration.
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams regarding architectural designs and technical credentials.
• Lead communities of practice to drive awareness of leading-edge technologies across the engineering organization.
• Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge and AI-assisted development capabilities to improve automation at scale.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure development.
• Proven experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in one or more advanced programming languages (e.g., Python).
• Strong expertise in automation, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and agile methodologies.
• Practical experience with cloud-native technologies and application resiliency.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools.
• Deep understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
