Lead Software Engineer-Full Stack/Multi-Cloud Security

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact security and continuous compliance solutions for multi-cloud environments
• Build automation for control monitoring, evidence collection, and remediation
• Develop production-grade code in Python and Go, contributing to Java components as needed
• Orchestrate workflows using Kubernetes and step functions
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and modern tooling
• Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed
• Document architectures, standards, and runbooks to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years of applied software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python or Go for backend and automation use cases
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments on Azure or AWS
• Experience with Jenkins and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, workflow orchestration, and build pipelines
• Applied knowledge of secure software development and resilience patterns
• Experience implementing audit, compliance, and security controls in regulated environments
• Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GCP and multi-cloud architectures
• Knowledge of policy-as-code frameworks and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience applying AI tooling to security and compliance workflows
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to technology risk and compliance
• Experience with data organization and event-driven architectures
