Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend microservices and interactive frontend interfaces
• Own end-to-end delivery of core product modules from design to production support
• Write clean, extensible, and testable code using OOP and SOLID principles
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and SRE teams
• Ensure infrastructure is tuned for high availability, security, and observability
• Identify and resolve multi-tier performance bottlenecks
• Mentor junior-to-mid-level systems engineers and conduct code reviews

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience building and scaling software products
• Deep technical fluency in backend technologies (REST APIs, microservices) and modern frontend frameworks
• Strong expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and complexity analysis
• Proven capability in System Design (HLD/LLD) for scalable multi-tenant systems
• Experience with database schema design and distributed storage (RDBMS, NoSQL)
• Exposure to integrating AI tools into workflows
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
