Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions for the Global Payment Network.
• Build and deliver robust, full-stack, cloud-based distributed microservices.
• Collaborate with digital product managers to drive powerful user experiences.
• Mentor members of the engineering community and stay at the forefront of emerging technology trends.
• Utilize a variety of tools including Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with distributed microservices and full-stack systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
• 7+ years of experience in JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, or frameworks like React/Angular.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
• 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience in containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
