Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create robust, cloud-based full stack solutions.
• Design and implement solutions using distributed microservices to meet complex regulatory and business needs.
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver powerful experiences that drive financial empowerment for customers.
• Mentor members of the engineering community and stay at the forefront of emerging technology trends.
• Utilize a variety of tools including JavaScript, Java, Python, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience (internships not included).
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proven experience with distributed microservices and full stack systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in languages such as JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
• 3+ years of experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• 4+ years of experience working with open source frameworks.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
• Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate development productivity.
