Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers focused on distributed microservices and full stack systems.
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust, cloud-based solutions that drive financial empowerment for customers.
• Mentor members of the engineering community and participate in internal and external technology communities.
• Utilize a modern tech stack including JavaScript, Java, Python, Go, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Implement and manage container orchestration services using Docker and Kubernetes within AWS environments.

Requirements

• Advanced English fluency.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 4+ years of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
• 4+ years of experience with open source frameworks.
• 4+ years of experience in Agile practices.
