Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create robust, cloud-based full stack solutions.
• Design and deliver distributed microservices and full stack systems to meet complex regulatory and business needs.
• Collaborate with digital product managers to drive powerful user experiences using emerging technologies like GenAI.
• Mentor members of the engineering community and stay at the forefront of tech trends and experimentation.
• Utilize a modern tech stack including JavaScript, Java, Python, Go, SQL, and AWS to build enterprise-scale platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience (internships not included).
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in core programming languages (JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go).
• 5+ years of experience working with AWS.
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile practices.
• 4+ years of experience with open source frameworks.
• Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate development productivity.
