Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions that meet regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust, cloud-based solutions that drive powerful customer experiences.
• Utilize a modern tech stack including JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, Python, Go, and various SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Implement container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes within AWS environments.
• Mentor members of the engineering community and stay at the forefront of emerging technology trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience (internships not included).
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proven experience with distributed microservices and full-stack systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
• 3+ years of experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• 4+ years of experience working with open source frameworks.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
• Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity.
