Lead Software Engineer (Front End)

Responsibilities

• Build new, customer-facing products and platform services from the ground up across the full stack.
• Work AI-natively using modern AI tooling to prototype, generate, test, and ship features at high velocity.
• Partner directly with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Lead a portfolio of fast-moving projects and mentor others to raise the standard for AI-accelerated delivery.
• Make pragmatic architecture decisions for systems designed to scale quickly and reliably.
• Utilize a diverse tech stack including JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, Python, Go, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (excluding internship experience).
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with AI-native development tools and using AI across the full build cycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
• 7+ years of experience in JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
• 3+ years of experience with major cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• 4+ years of experience with open source frameworks.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
• Proven track record of launching new, customer-facing features at scale in consumer or marketplace environments.
