Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical authority for enterprise clients, guiding projects from discovery to production deployment
- Lead and mentor a squad of engineers to empower high-quality delivery
- Implement scalable and future-proof front and backend engineering patterns and practices
- Translate complex customer needs and implementation challenges into actionable project feedback
- Distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including client-side engineers and senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven ability to distill complex technical concepts for wide audiences
- Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development and system architecture
- Expert proficiency in Python and TypeScript/React
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab), Docker, and Kubernetes
- Demonstrated history of championing automated testing strategies
- Passion for customer-centric problem solving and value delivery
