Lead Software Engineer, Enterprise Integration

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support EDI integrations using the Seeburger platform
• Build and maintain EDI mappings using ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards
• Integrate EDI transactions with APIs, databases, and ERP systems like SAP
• Configure and manage trading partner connections via AS2, SFTP, and FTP protocols
• Monitor EDI workflows, troubleshoot failures, and resolve production incidents
• Onboard new trading partners and document mapping specifications
• Collaborate with supply chain, business, and mainframe teams to ensure compliance

Requirements

• Strong experience in EDI development and integration
• Hands-on experience with the Seeburger platform
• Proficiency with EDI standards including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT
• Experience with communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, and FTP
• Proven experience integrating EDI with ERP or other business systems
• Strong SQL and database integration skills
• Excellent debugging and analytical problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with REST/API-based integrations and JSON/XML to EDI transformations
• Knowledge of supply chain EDI transactions (e.g., 850, 810, 856, 997)
• Experience with cloud or hybrid integration architectures and DevOps practices
• Background in logistics, retail, or B2B EDI environments
• Seeburger certification or equivalent
