Lead Software Engineer - DevSecOps

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, companywide technology initiatives and develop engineering best practices for large-scale DevSecOps solutions.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs to meet strategic business objectives.
• Review and analyze large-scale technology solutions to address technical challenges and enterprise environmental factors.
• Collaborate with technical experts and senior leadership to resolve complex issues and drive new initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and peer mentorship to engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
• Strong expertise in DevSecOps engineering within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms, OpenShift (OCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Strong Python and Shell scripting skills for automation and operational tooling.
• Solid Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Harness CD.
• Knowledge of high availability and blue-green deployment models.
• Background in platform automation and AIOps solutions to improve reliability.
• Proficiency in observability and monitoring tools (logs, metrics, traces, and events).
• Experience with streaming and event-driven platforms such as Kafka and Flink.
