Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers
• Build distributed microservices and full stack systems to meet regulatory needs
• Mentor members of the engineering community and stay updated on tech trends
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions
• Utilize technologies including Go, Python, Java, JavaScript, and AWS services

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years of software engineering experience
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• 7+ years of experience in JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
• 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
• 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
• 1+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
• Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling for productivity
