Lead Software Engineer, AI Agents & Orchestration

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Architecture and define the technical roadmap for AI native applications
• Design and implement complex agentic systems and RAG patterns
• Set canonical standards for AI development and promote reusable components
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to embed LLM capabilities across surfaces
• Establish rigorous evaluation and monitoring practices for AI outputs
• Mentor and scale technical talent through hiring and internal academies
• Make strategic decisions regarding model selection and system complexity

Requirements

• Track record as a lead delivering high impact, large scale software systems
• Professional experience implementing LLMs, Generative AI, or RAG patterns in production
• Proficiency in building maintainable codebases and API designs
• Experience navigating ambiguous projects across multiple business units
• Ability to link technical AI initiatives to core business drivers

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Python based AI toolchains
• Experience with Flutter or cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
• Background in FinTech or highly regulated industries
• Experience scaling products across diverse international markets
