Lead Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable systems and frameworks for a strategic global data distribution platform.
• Lead architecture design, business logic implementation, and data modeling efforts.
• Develop maintainable, high-quality code using core Java and modern distributed architectures.
• Participate in requirements gathering and quality assurance processes to ensure reliable data delivery to clients.
• Build custom frameworks and tools rather than relying solely on existing third-party solutions.

Requirements

• Recognized academic background in Computer Science.
• Profound expertise in Core Java (versions 17–23), including OOP, Concurrency, and JVM tuning.
• Extensive experience with the Spring Ecosystem (Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Security).
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
• Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, SNS, or SQS.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and containerization (EKS).
• Strong commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD) using JUnit and Mockito.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kotlin or Python for ETL automation and API services.
• Knowledge of data warehousing technologies like Databricks or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
• Experience with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular or React.
