Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to creative for nailing briefs of all sizes
• Manage junior team members and work independently
• Lead clients while pushing for the highest quality work
• Manage ideas from initial deck to design and execution
• Turn pitch-winning concepts into multi-platform campaigns
• Lead concepting write-ups, social copy, design, and creative strategy
• Present ideas alongside Creative Directors and client partnership teams
• Create high-quality ideas under pressure with grace and humor

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional creative experience, preferably in social
• A creative folio showcasing integrated work, big campaigns, and social-first ideas
• Ability to write, design, and ideate content across various platforms
• Strong hands-on knowledge of major social media platforms and their specific capabilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be authorized to work in the U.K.
