Lead, SMC Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute messaging and creative strategies for sales enablement materials based on business KPIs and customer insights
• Own and develop a customer-centric content strategy to support global revenue programs for Small and Medium Customers (SMC)
• Lead internal creative design, web development, and copywriting teams to produce impactful educational content
• Partner with Revenue and Data Science teams to test and optimize content for specific audience segments and customer journeys
• Ideate on content initiatives to improve engagement and conversion rates across email, on-platform notifications, and web properties
• Stay ahead of industry trends to provide customers with relevant education on digital advertising

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in marketing content creation
• Proven experience leading creative design and web development teams
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to translate data into actionable content recommendations
• Familiarity with the digital advertising or media industry
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with hands-on sales enablement content creation
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Figma
• A passion for creativity and the Snapchat platform
