Lead Shift Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach high-performing shift teams
• Coordinate priorities across engineering, facilities, and operations partners
• Coordinate new Fab automation improvements and communicate with users
• Ensure all protocols and procedures are followed and updated in a timely manner
• Drive a safety culture by completing required training, performing audits, and communicating safety events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Statistics, or a similar field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with a detailed understanding of production processes and Fab flow
• Minimum of 3 years of proven leadership experience driving projects and developing teams
• Advanced knowledge of MES, capacity planning, floor scheduling, and line management systems
• Ability to work on 3-4 day rotating shifts, including rotations between days and nights

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated experience in collecting and interpreting data to make sound decisions
• Strong partnering, team-building, conflict management, and negotiation skills
• Experience in defining and implementing training and development initiatives
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint)
