Lead Setup Technician - Bottling - Weekends

Responsibilities

• Safely operate bottling equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machines according to established procedures
• Accurately complete and review all required production documentation
• Support and guide team members by clarifying daily priorities and expectations
• Communicate issues, priorities, and process improvement ideas to management and maintenance
• Maintain strict adherence to GMP expectations and personal hygiene standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating machinery with a strong understanding of mechanical equipment
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food, supplements, or pharmaceuticals
• Understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Awareness of Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 12 hours per shift
• Ability to pass fit testing and wear a Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in food, supplement, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Experience coaching or supporting peers on a production floor
• Basic computer skills for documentation and training systems
