Lead - Service & Selling

Responsibilities

• Support Head Coaches and Assistant Head Coaches in implementing global and regional programs to accelerate business growth.
• Drive premium consumer experiences by leading sales and training initiatives on the front lines.
• Manage the Service & Selling department to ensure smooth store operations and adherence to Nike policies.
• Plan daily and short-term tasks to support staff education, capability development, and a premium employee experience.
• Lead specific actions to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Conversion, Units Per Transaction (UPT), and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various departments within the store to provide effective coaching to team members.

Requirements

• A strong passion for the Nike brand, sports, and deep product knowledge.
• Proven experience in retail sales and team leadership roles.
• Knowledge of retail and apparel trends, including a sensitivity to fashion.
• Strong leadership and execution skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
• Ability to build smooth relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
• English proficiency is preferred (TOEIC 470+ or equivalent conversational ability).
