Lead - Service & Selling

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium consumer experiences by implementing global and regional programs to accelerate business growth.
• Support the development and training of store athletes to ensure a high-quality employee experience.
• Manage sales and training activities as the Service & Selling lead to ensure smooth store operations.
• Execute store operations in strict accordance with Nike policies and regulations.
• Lead strategic plan execution by proactively proposing improvements and actionable ideas.
• Collaborate with various departments within the store to provide effective coaching to staff.
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Conversion, UPT, and customer satisfaction through frontline leadership.

Requirements

• Passion for the Nike brand, sports, and deep product knowledge.
• Proven experience in retail sales and team leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of retail, apparel, and current fashion trends.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with the capacity to drive execution and engage others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make responsible decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build smooth professional relationships.
• English proficiency is preferred (TOEIC 470 level or equivalent).
