Lead Server

Responsibilities

• Assist restaurant management in overseeing dining service operations and sanitation
• Oversee dining staff to ensure standards are met and resident satisfaction is achieved
• Ensure accuracy of food orders and serve food and beverages in a safe, sanitary, and timely manner
• Inspect dining areas and workstations before and after meal periods
• Perform server duties including greeting tables, taking orders, and closing checks
• Communicate resident and customer concerns to management
• Check out servers and assistants to ensure end-of-shift duties are completed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of prior serving experience
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Prior service experience in a dining environment
• Effective interaction and communication skills
• Ability to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays
