Lead Server

Responsibilities

• Assist restaurant management and oversee dining staff and operations
• Ensure accuracy of food orders and serve food and beverages safely and timely
• Inspect dining areas and workstations to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
• Complete side work and check out servers and assistants at end-of-shift
• Communicate resident and customer concerns to management
• Perform standard server duties including greeting, order taking, and closing checks
• Identify areas for improvement and participate in quality assurance processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of prior serving experience
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Prior dining environment service experience
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• English language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience
